Requirements

• One year related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Recommends, plans, coordinates, and obtains resolutions to production support issues. Ensures appropriate problem resolution and methodology is utilized.
• Supports the collection, documentation, and maintenance of functional requirements and modeling.
• Participates in the planning, execution, and documentation of functional testing results. Analyzes current procedures and workflows and develops recommendations for improvements.
• Assists in the implementation of systems and software.
• Assists in the development and delivery of training sessions and demos for end users.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
