About The Position

Washington Dental Excellence, a Cherry Tree Dental office in Gurnee, Illinois, is hiring a motivated Business Team Member/Dental Assistant to support the daily operations of the clinic. The role combines patient-facing business duties with dental-assisting tasks and emphasizes excellent communication, customer service, patient care, and teamwork. As a Business Team Member, the employee provides professional customer service in person and over the phone, posts payments, verifies insurance, schedules patient appointments, and reviews treatment plans with patients. As a Dental Assistant, the employee prepares, sterilizes, disinfects, and maintains dental equipment, instruments, and supplies; disinfects the dental operatory after appointments; and follows infection-control procedures while maintaining patient privacy and professional interactions with patients and staff. Patient care hours are Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Wednesday and Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay is $15.00–$25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
