Aquatech has an immediate need for a full-time Business Systems Support. The hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at our Canonsburg office. IT Business Systems Support professional to help our team support and improve the business applications that keep our operations running—ERP, CRM, finance, HR, and more. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT or business systems career who enjoys problem-solving, learning new systems, and helping users succeed. Understanding Business Process and implementing it in business systems is a key success factor for this role.
Requirements
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of business processes (finance, operations, sales, supply chain)
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM or business applications (coursework or internship acceptable)
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP B1, , QuickBooks, etc.)
- Exposure to SQL, reporting tools, or workflow automation
- Help desk or support experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Two (2) years of experience is preferred
- One (1) year of experience with SAP is preferred
Responsibilities
- Usage and support for ERP/CRM and other business applications
- Develop Business reporting as required by business
- Troubleshoot issues and document resolutions
- Assist with setup, and basic system configuration
- Support data imports/exports and routine system tasks
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Participate in testing for updates, patches, and small enhancements
