About The Position

Addepar is looking for a skilled Mid-Level Project Manager responsible for overseeing and managing the successful implementation of technology and software solutions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing projects related to Salesforce implementations and integrations and a proven track record of effectively collaborating with 3rd party vendors and implementation consultants.

Requirements

Experience with Salesforce required.
Experience in managing Agile teams acting as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
Experience in the use and administration of Atlassian products including Confluence and Jira.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the financial services industry is considered a substantial asset
Certifications in the following are desirable: Salesforce CPQ, ServiceCloud, AppBuilder, Agentforce
Certifications in the following are desirable: PMI-PMP, CSM (ScrumAlliance)
Experience in managing projects that include technologies like NetSuite, Boomi, Snowflake, Databricks is considered an asset

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for technology and software implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to help business analysts and solution architects gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines and deliverables
Act as the primary point of contact for 3rd party vendors involved in initiatives; ensuring deliverables are met according to agreed-upon timelines and quality standards
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and change control logs
Proactively identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Facilitate regular project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-implementation reviews, to ensure alignment and transparency across all stakeholders
Effectively communicate project status, milestones, and dependencies to our Internal Center or Excellence committee
Monitor project budget and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints
Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by developing efficient operational processes and frameworks where none exist or promoting process and system enhancements where necessary
Work with the Business Operations - Systems Director to help with overall Program Management within the organization
