About The Position

BOA Technology is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to serve as a primary ERP systems expert, ensuring the day-to-day stability, reliability, and user experience of NetSuite and its integrated supporting systems across the global organization. Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, this role responds to ERP support tickets and incidents, supports user training and enablement, and contributes to audit readiness and compliance. The analyst collaborates with other Business Systems Analysts and provides development support across BOA’s business systems. In addition to administration, the role uses NetSuite expertise to investigate root causes, resolve bugs, and help define requirements and solution designs for development work. It requires extensive hands-on NetSuite experience, autonomy, and ownership of supported systems. The role supports users across North America, Europe, and Southeastern Asia. BOA’s Denver team generally uses a hybrid approach, with remote work and in-office connection days on Tuesdays and Thursdays; some roles may require four to five office days per week, with job-specific requirements reviewed during interviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Technical, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant hands-on NetSuite experience, including configuration, user management, workflows, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing a support or ticketing workload, including triage, root cause analysis, and resolution documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to trace issues across system boundaries and identify root causes.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users across a global organization.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a lean, cross-functional team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with one or more systems in BOA’s ERP ecosystem, or industry equivalents: Boomi, In8Sync, Avalara, CyberSource, or Celigo.
  • NetSuite Administrator or equivalent platform certification.
  • Experience supporting a global user base across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Familiarity with audit support, SOX compliance, or similar internal controls frameworks in an ERP context.
  • Experience developing and delivering end-user training programs, including remote and train-the-trainer formats.
  • Experience working in a mid-market manufacturing or consumer goods company.

Responsibilities

  • Reflect and role model BOA’s vision, values, and Leadership Model.
  • Serve as a primary contact for ERP support requests and incidents; triage, prioritize, and resolve issues with urgency and clear communication.
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues, identifying configuration gaps, data integrity problems, integration failures, or development defects.
  • Collaboratively administer NetSuite and integrated systems, including Boomi, In8Sync, Avalara, CyberSource, and Celigo.
  • Maintain system configurations, roles, workflows, and saved searches.
  • Monitor system health, integration reliability, and data quality, addressing issues before they affect users.
  • Fulfill internal and external audit requests related to ERP data, user access, transaction records, and configurations.
  • Maintain control and role-assignment documentation to support audit readiness.
  • Contribute NetSuite expertise to requirements definition and solution design, partnering with the Business Systems Manager to assess feasibility and recommend approaches.
  • Participate in testing and validation of configurations, integrations, and development deliverables before production deployment.
  • Develop and deliver NetSuite training for users across North America, Europe, and Southeastern Asia.
  • Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and provide development support across BOA’s business systems.
