About The Position

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support a technology team to perform account management platform initiatives within the billing domain. This role will play a key part in managing and coordinating activities for newly developed and enhanced systems, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions. This role is part of a high-visibility team supporting critical billing and platform initiatives. This is a long-term consulting role in Denver, CO and will require 4 days on site and one day hybrid. Qualified candidates must live in the Denver area and be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or visa transfer.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar Analyst type role
  • Industry background in telecommunications, technology, or related industry is preferred
  • Proven experience understanding billing and financial concepts like subscriptions, rate plans, charges, credits, general ledger, financial reporting, payment processing is required
  • Knowledge of SaaS platforms is required
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint are needed
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting billing systems or account management platforms
  • Familiarity with system releases, upgrades, and production support
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and able to work in a client facing support role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential for success

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate activities related to account management platforms focused on billing and financial system functionality.
  • Research and resolve functional inquiries and system-related issues.
  • Handle enhancement requests and support system releases and upgrades.
  • Provide ongoing support for billing system updates and improvements.
  • Compile and analyze data, producing reports to monitor billing activity and system performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
  • Be the primary liaison between product, user support, and engineering/dev teams.
  • Document system issues, requirements, and processes clearly and effectively.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and technical deliverables.
