About The Position
We are looking specifically for a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on experience supporting Infrastructure projects. You may be a strong match if you have 5+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience, experience working on Infrastructure projects, experience supporting projects involving areas such as Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365/M365, VoIP Telecommunications, or Service Center teams. Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite, experience eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business requirements with stakeholders, experience analyzing current business processes and systems, experience designing solutions and writing technical requirements, experience testing and implementing technology solutions, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments, and ability to work Hybrid, minimum 2 days a week onsite. Requirements
