About The Position

Endex is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to help its systems work together reliably. The analyst will translate operational needs into system requirements and practical improvements, working across teams on data quality, workflow configuration, and integrations between internal tools. The role is based primarily in New York City, with other listed locations in Denver, Chicago, Singapore (APAC), London, San Francisco, Austin, and Los Angeles. It requires five days in person.

Requirements

Experience configuring or analyzing business applications and workflows.
Ability to understand the operational need behind a requested feature.
Ability to trace data inconsistencies to their source.
Careful execution, including testing changes and maintaining a clear decision record.
Ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear specifications, diagnose data-flow issues, and explain the downstream effects of a change.

Nice To Haves

CRM or recruiting systems experience.
SQL, API, or integration experience.
Experience with CRM administration, API integrations, SQL, or business-process automation.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements, map processes, and define acceptance criteria before changing a shared system.
Work with platform owners on data models, workflow automation, and reliable integrations across business tools.
Work with technical owners on reliable integrations and consistent records.
Trace inconsistent records to the process or integration that created them and fix the underlying cause.
Coordinate user acceptance testing, documentation, and rollout so system changes improve how teams work.
