About The Position

At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses. Role Overview The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is a hands‐on systems partner responsible for day‐to‐day enablement, stability, and continuous improvement of core business systems, with an initial focus on NetSuite ERP. This role works closely with operational teams to ensure systems are reliable, well‐understood, and aligned to how work actually gets done. While this role will initially spend significant time supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations, it is intentionally designed to remain flexible and enterprise‐focused, allowing support to expand to other functional areas as business needs evolve. The BSA has a strong on‐site presence at the manufacturing facility, partnering directly with users, troubleshooting issues in real time, and translating operational needs into system improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or ERP support role
  • Hands‐on experience supporting NetSuite ERP (administration, configuration, support)
  • Experience working closely with business or operational teams
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem‐solving, and communication skills
  • Comfort working in a fast‐paced, operational environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or regulated environments
  • Exposure to audits, compliance support, or validation testing
  • Experience supporting ERP releases or system upgrades
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and structured intake processes

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for NetSuite and operational system support
  • Triage and resolve support tickets; perform root‐cause analysis for recurring issues
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and external partners when escalation is required
  • Reduce operational friction by resolving issues quickly and pragmatically
  • Perform day‐to‐day NetSuite administration, including: User access and role management, Configuration updates and maintenance, Data integrity checks and cleanup
  • Support audit and compliance activities, including: Access reviews and evidence preparation, Change documentation and reporting
  • Assist with release readiness, sandbox validation, and production verification
  • Coordinate and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes
  • Execute and document validation testing for NetSuite upgrades and enhancements
  • Partner with Quality and Operations to ensure changes meet compliance and business requirements
  • Support CAPA‐related system investigation and remediation activities
  • Act as an operations‐facing IT partner, embedded with users and processes
  • Gather and clarify requirements for operational requests and enhancements
  • Translate business needs into clear system impacts, options, and recommendations
  • Support small enhancements and process improvements without over‐engineering
  • Provide hands‐on user training and day‐to‐day guidance
  • Develop super users within supported teams
  • Create and maintain job aids, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation
  • Improve system adoption by making processes understandable and usable
