About The Position

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA), Coupa supports and optimizes Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within the Coupa platform. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to design, configure, implement, and maintain solutions that meet business requirements and system standards. It also supports integrations, including with SAP S/4HANA, and drives continuous process improvement. The position works with Procurement, Finance, IT, middleware teams, and other stakeholders to support solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, application support, and end-user training. The BSA provides project updates and follows the Company’s Quality Management System, applicable quality regulations and standards, and relevant security, privacy, and compliance requirements. The role is performed in a general office environment and requires willingness and ability to work on site. Business travel may be 0%–10%.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Analyst, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hands-on experience with Coupa P2P modules.
Strong experience integrating Coupa with SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, including Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Supplier Management.
Experience with APIs, flat files, or middleware integrations.
Experience with middleware tools such as Boomi.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness and ability to work on site.
Ability to lift and move up to 5 pounds, move between buildings and floors, remain stationary and use a computer or other standard office equipment for extensive periods, read and prepare emails and documents and spreadsheets, access office supplies or file cabinets as needed, and communicate and exchange accurate information with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead business process workshops and facilitate solution design sessions.
Design and support integrations between Coupa and SAP S/4HANA in collaboration with middleware teams, such as Boomi teams.
Ensure data consistency, system performance, and cross-platform reliability.
Perform system configuration prototyping, validation, and solution testing.
Develop test plans and test cases to support system changes.
Support execution of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
Document testing results and support successful deployment.
Provide application support, including issue identification, tracking, and resolution.
Conduct end-user training and support knowledge transfer.
Partner with Procurement, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to support execution.
Provide project updates, including status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and applicable domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
Understand and follow applicable security, privacy, and compliance principles, regulations, standards, and procedures.
Ensure other department members follow the QMS and applicable regulations, standards, and procedures.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
