  • Experience producing process documentation according to client-defined templates, formats, and notation standards.
  • Ability to independently facilitate SME interviews, discovery workshops, process walkthroughs, and validation sessions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and working knowledge of Excel, Word, Visio, and Teams.
  • Experience working within structured project or program governance environments with formal review, approval, and change-control processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities, multiple deliverables, and fixed deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, actionable documentation.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to identifying gaps, resolving inconsistencies, and escalating risks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience supporting workers' compensation, insurance claims, benefits administration, or regulatory business processes.
  • Experience documenting current-state business processes and system interactions as part of a legacy system replacement or modernization initiative.
  • Previous experience supporting public-sector organizations.
  • Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or matrixed environment involving multiple vendors, contractors, and client stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with business process modeling methodologies and notations, including swimlane diagrams, BPMN, or similar approaches.

  • Create and maintain process models and supporting documentation using Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Word.
  • Manage multiple concurrent documentation deliverables and meet milestones, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Track deliverable status, stakeholder feedback, review cycles, and outstanding action items.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business leads, fellow analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to support program objectives.
