About The Position

NextPhase.ai is seeking a strategic and technically grounded Business Systems Analyst / Technical Program Manager to sit at the intersection of business process, enterprise systems, and emerging AI capabilities. This role drives clarity across complex initiatives—translating business needs into scalable solutions, leading cross-functional delivery, and embedding AI tooling to accelerate outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in BSA, TPM, or hybrid analytical/delivery roles.
• Hands-on experience deploying or integrating AI tools (e.g., LLM-based co-pilots, RPA, ML workflows).
• Ability to assess feasibility and articulate tradeoffs.
• Proficiency with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS), APIs, SQL or equivalent.
• Comfort reviewing system architecture diagrams and integration specs.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive decisions under ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

• CBAP, PMP, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience with prompt engineering, AI governance frameworks, or change management in AI rollout contexts.

Responsibilities

• Systems Analysis & Design: Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Map current-state processes and design future-state solutions across enterprise platforms.
• AI Integration & Enablement: Identify high-impact opportunities for AI/ML tooling, co-pilot workflows, and automation. Translate AI capabilities into actionable business value.
• Program & Stakeholder Management: Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs. Manage scope, risk, timelines, and dependencies across engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Data & Systems Strategy: Partner with data and architecture teams to ensure solutions are scalable, integration-ready, and aligned to the enterprise systems roadmap.
• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to surface pain points and define measurable success criteria.
• Produce high-quality BRDs, process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate, configure, and drive adoption of AI-powered tools (LLMs, co-pilots, automation platforms) within business workflows.
• Build and maintain program-level roadmaps, risk registers, and executive status reporting.
• Bridge conversations between non-technical business owners and engineering teams—translating in both directions.
• Lead UAT coordination, go-live planning, and post-implementation reviews.
• Proactively surface system and process gaps; propose and prioritize improvements backed by data.
