Business Systems Analyst Senior
About The Position
Full Visibility is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Senior to join our growing team. This role requires a candidate with an active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain CI Polygraph eligibility. The position involves leading the collection, analysis, and management of mission-user requirements, facilitating the gathering and documentation of business-focused requirements, and driving requirements-gathering activities to improve usability and user experience. The analyst will also identify and analyze core business needs, translate them into various documentation formats, and provide consultation on complex projects, evaluating the business impact of technology solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Business Systems Analyst.
- Current SAFe Agile Product Management Certification or ICAgile Product Management Certification.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience utilizing Azure DevOps Server (ADO) and Jira to manage requirements, backlogs, user stories, workflows, and Agile development processes.
- Active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the collection, analysis, and management of mission-user requirements from prioritization and concept development through user story creation, supporting successful product development and deployment efforts.
- Facilitate the gathering and documentation of business-focused requirements, partnering closely with product teams and product owners to define and maintain product backlogs while ensuring the end-user perspective is incorporated throughout the development lifecycle.
- Drive requirements-gathering activities with a focus on improving usability, enhancing the user experience, and increasing user adoption and engagement.
- Identify and analyze core business needs, translating them into concepts of operation (CONOPS), story maps, user stories, briefings, workflow diagrams, and other supporting documentation as required.
- Provide consultation and guidance on complex projects, evaluating the business impact of technology solutions within both current and future operating environments.
- Demonstrate the ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documentation; solve multifaceted problems involving multiple variables and potential solutions; and apply strong analytical, critical-thinking, and quantitative skills to support informed decision-making.
