Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, as Program Manager, Consultant, Systems Engineer, or a related occupation.
  • Experience with at least one full-cycle FP&A system implementation project, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go-live support.
  • FP&A Software within large ERP platforms such as SAP BPC including configuration, administration, and performance tuning.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with data integration tools such as SAP BW, SAP Data Services, or similar ETL technologies.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting using Excel, VBA, or comparable tools.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls in system development and reporting processes.
  • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of additional FP&A platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, or Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

  • Working with key stakeholders to map and assess current state of systems and processes aiming to identify pain points and inefficiencies.
  • Identifying, evaluating, designing, and implementing value-added enhancements to the FP&A planning system.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to provide input on solutions and support end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Guide and maintain the setup of business software configuration as required.
  • Support business analysis and business relationship management activities and functions.
  • Work closely to develop and implement strategies to address finance needs, collect data, and analyze implications, end-user system procedures, and business process flows.
  • Develop testing strategy, coordinate, and participate in testing efforts for system implementations and enhancements.
  • Exercise critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate globally across project teams and stakeholders to execute on implementation of Finance System roadmap.
  • Dive in and support different initiatives related to Jedox Projects, Support, and Enhancements.
