About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Product Management and Execution, the Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as a centralized business systems professional supporting cross-portfolio operational activities within Global Connected Living Product (GCL). This role partners closely with product managers, technology teams, business stakeholders, QA, and operations to provide critical support for project coordination, business analysis, and operational excellence across multiple product lines. The position emphasizes strong product operations instincts and proficiency in leveraging AI-enabled platforms and tools across the modern enterprise ecosystem to enhance productivity, analysis, and decision-making. The successful candidate brings analytical rigor, operational excellence, and technological adaptability to deliver tangible business value across the GCL portfolio, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams and influencing without formal authority. This role is expected to operate at the intersection of Product and Technology, reflecting an operating model where cross-functional co-ownership of delivery — not siloed handoffs — is the standard.
