Responsible for duties associated with developing, managing, and supporting bank and trust processes, projects, and systems used across the organization. Provides professional, technical, operational, and project support to bank personnel by investigating and reconciling escalated questions and concerns related to accounts, products, services, workflows, system functionality, and process effectiveness. Participates with project teams in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support for system upgrades, process improvements, vendor solutions, and enterprise initiatives. Maintains working knowledge of bank and trust policies, procedures, products, services, and system configurations and communicates changes effectively to impacted stakeholders.
