About The Position

Hartman Executive Advisors is seeking an experienced business systems analyst/architect for a part-time contract supporting a growing multi-client third-party logistics provider operating two North American warehouses. The role clarifies business requirements, evaluates current and candidate platforms, and designs integrations that automate the flow of orders, inventory, shipping, and billing data. It is a design and advisory role; the client's integrations specialist and vendors handle the build.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business systems or integration architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience in 3PL, warehousing, or fulfillment.
• Hands-on cloud WMS experience, including multi-client 3PL billing.
• Experience with carrier rate and label integrations and e-commerce order feeds.
• Proven requirements, vendor scorecard, and RFP experience.
• Independent, plain-spoken, and effective in a small, lean organization.

Responsibilities

• Document workflows and write prioritized WMS requirements.
• Build weighted vendor scorecards and support RFPs and demos.
• Design integrations across WMS, order management, carrier, e-commerce, and accounting systems.
• Act as the technical point of contact with software vendors and guide the client's integrations specialist.
