About The Position

Fiserv is seeking a Business Systems Analysis - Advisor I to lead and optimize the software delivery lifecycle for technically complex, customer-facing products. The role aligns business priorities, product roadmaps, and technology capabilities while supporting a fast-growing development operation. It involves resolving technical problems, improving operational efficiency, and helping teams deliver reliable software updates and client configurations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working in a DevOps environment and driving continuous improvement.
• At least 1 year of experience working with mainframe applications.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of experience with core banking products; Fiserv core banking knowledge is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting projects requiring a strong understanding of software and hardware interaction and client-focused delivery.
• Four-year bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the software delivery lifecycle for customer-facing products in a fast-growing technical environment.
• Solve technical and engineering problems by coordinating with development, testing, and architecture teams to execute solutions.
• Partner with client services, software engineering, production control, and release management teams to align priorities, deliver against the product roadmap, and identify business and platform needs.
• Guide development support, operations, and other teams on product and technical requirements, serving as a liaison between Software Engineering and partner teams.
• Implement software updates for existing applications, coordinate software release rollouts, and complete application configuration and client setup on the platform.
