About The Position
The Business System Analyst will work in the telecom domain, supporting business analysis in an enterprise environment. The role requires advanced SQL expertise for data analysis, troubleshooting, and validation, along with experience using AWS cloud services and knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, data quality, and analytics. The position is based in Stamford, Connecticut, with a hybrid work arrangement, and is offered as a 12-month contract.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of business analysis experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong telecom industry experience.
- Advanced SQL expertise for data analysis, troubleshooting, and validation.
- Experience with AWS Cloud services, including S3, Glue, Redshift, and Athena.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, data quality, and analytics.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
