About The Position

This role is a hands-on facilities support position where you'll serve as a vital link between our Facility Management Team, clients, and vendors. You'll ensure our office environment operates smoothly by managing daily operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and responding to facility requests while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. As a key member of the facilities team, you'll contribute to creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace that supports JLL's commitment to operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in business and facilities support, hospitality.
  • Associate's degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven customer service skills with the ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations and time constraints
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) with capability to customize administrative reports and manage databases
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and manage work independently without direct supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative working style

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with facility management software systems such as Corrigo or similar work order platforms
  • Familiarity with procurement systems like Coupa for spend management and vendor coordination
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance scheduling and coordination procedures
  • Experience supporting workplace safety, security, and emergency response protocols
  • Background in reception, guest services, or landlord relations within commercial office environments

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily office walkthroughs to maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments while identifying opportunities for operational improvements
  • Respond promptly to all work orders, ensuring KPI compliance and delivering outstanding customer service to clients, visitors, and guests
  • Manage essential facility operations including pantry services, supply ordering, mail distribution, and conference room coordination
  • Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance activities, working closely with vendors and service providers to minimize workplace disruption
  • Oversee emergency provisions and procedures in partnership with client Health & Safety teams, and collaborate with Security on safety-related matters
  • Support special events, client meetings, and tactical planning initiatives that align with the Facility Management Team's goals and objectives
  • Utilize work order management tools (Corrigo) and procurement systems (Coupa) to track, analyze, and report on facility operations and budget performance
