About The Position

Airvac is the global leader in the Vacuum Technology System industry. The primary function of the Business Support Coordinator is to provide a hybrid of administrative, coordination, and business support under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer. This role supports Airvac leaders and managers across departments by assisting with customer support coordination, documentation, and general business processes. The position provides exposure to several areas of the business including customer service, after-sales support, shipping coordination, and accounting support.

Requirements

  • Software proficiency to include Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • NetSuite experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work as a team in a collaborative environment as well as individually.

Responsibilities

  • Provides general business support under the direction of the CFO.
  • Prepares reports and documentation to support department objectives and leadership needs.
  • Maintains organized records of activities, decisions, and communications to ensure clear documentation.
  • Provides backup support for Accounting tasks such as invoice tracking, report generation, and basic data entry during peak times or absences.
  • Assists leaders and managers with special projects, research, and data organization as needed.
  • Maintains a general understanding of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and quality objectives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
