About The Position

Partner Engineering and Science is seeking a full-time technical Business Service Coordinator to assist our Project Managers and Technical Directors on all project-related duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience working in an office environment.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat & Reader
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical skills
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines
  • 3+ years of relevant office or administrative experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
  • Experience working in an engineering, construction or environmental field is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry following prescribed or established formats
  • Assist in the development of documents for proposals and reports
  • Compose and/or draft correspondences and reports
  • Track projects, proposals and any other related items
  • Create, distribute and track client invoices
  • Track, process and submit expense reports via ChromeRiver
  • Other duties as assigned
