About The Position

Ziegler's Ace Hardware is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Business Support Assistant to join their operations and HR teams. This part-time role (20-25 hours per week) involves keeping data organized and accurate, providing administrative support to the General Manager, and assisting with Human Resources initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent time management skills and a commitment to accuracy, playing an important role in supporting the people, processes, and projects that contribute to an exceptional customer and employee experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Proficient knowledge with PC skills including MS Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, maintain reports, and assist with business tracking needs.
  • Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks supporting daily business operations.
  • Provide occasional administrative support to the Director of Human Resources, including assisting with employee training coordination, HR projects, and company initiatives.
  • Support the people, processes, and projects that help stores deliver an exceptional experience to customers and employees.
