Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the Business Support Analyst will provide application support for core business systems used to manage construction and project operations. This role focuses on stabilizing systems as part of ongoing operations, supporting end users, resolving business process and application issues, and ensuring consistent and effective system usage across the organization. The position is hands-on and operationally focused, acting as the bridge between field users, project teams, IT, and vendors to support day-to-day system use.
