About The Position

This role will be responsible for leading or collaborating on key strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across multiple organizations. Initiatives span strategic direction, digital and platform capabilities, client experience, associate experience, and program design. The role will lead and manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time, including program design, analysis, deliverables, communications, and deployment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong combination of strategic thinking, tactical planning, and project management skills along with the ability to lead and influence project teams without direct management. The role requires the ability to develop strong partnerships and coordination with business partners and key functional areas in Consumer, Specialized Consumer Client Solutions, and the Financial Center.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of business experience with strong tangible results
  • Program management experience, with excellent project management skills
  • Business acumen with proven ability to leverage expertise with credibility and impact
  • Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies
  • Experienced in analyzing and interpreting data, high-level of comfort in metrics and reporting
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization and drive consensus
  • Comfortable presenting to and interacting with senior leadership
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Must be able to leverage data to concisely articulate observations, identify opportunities for improvement, propose solutions to executive stakeholders, and monitor results
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Office suite
  • Thrives in working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of BAC product, services, resources, and tools

Responsibilities

  • Working with leadership to develop strategic direction and implementation plan
  • Support and elevate processes driven by leadership
  • Leveraging and amplifying existing partnership integration across the enterprise
  • Partner to drive channel integration to deliver products, programs and services to teammates and clients
  • Represent the strategic direction in discussions with leaders and support partners on key initiatives and outreach approaches
  • Evaluate program performance, proactively identify opportunities for enhancements, and design and implement solutions
