The EB&I Business Strategy & Intelligence Manager plays a critical role in shaping, articulating, and advancing the strategic vision of the EB&I line of business. This role is responsible for leading and supporting high-impact strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects that span strategic direction, platform and digital capabilities, client experience, associate experience, and program design. A core focus of this role is transforming strategy, insights, and data into compelling, executive‑ready narratives and materials. The Manager will design and deliver high‑quality presentations, strategic frameworks, and visual storytelling that clearly communicate vision, priorities, and decisions for senior leaders and enterprise partners. The role requires strong strategic thinking, consultative influence, and program leadership without direct authority, paired with exceptional communication, presentation, and design skills. Success in this role depends on the ability to synthesize complex inputs, align stakeholders, and drive clarity, momentum, and execution across EB&I and partner lines of business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant business experience with demonstrated, tangible results
  • Proven experience in business strategy, program management, or strategic initiatives
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills, with demonstrated strength in executive‑level presentations, visual storytelling, and strategic design
  • Strong analytical capability with high comfort interpreting data, metrics, and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling recommendations
  • Comfortable presenting to and interacting with senior leadership; strong executive presence
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under aggressive timelines
  • Ability to build credibility, drive consensus, and influence across teams and lines of business
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of Bank of America products, services, resources, tools, and enterprise ways of working

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with reporting, data analysis, or intelligence roles supporting strategy or leadership decision‑making
  • Familiarity with field, sales, or operational models and performance drivers
  • Experience with tools such as MS Access, SQL, MicroStrategy, or similar platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Master’s degree a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with EB&I leadership to define strategic direction, priorities, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Translate business strategy into clear, structured, and visually compelling materials that support leadership decision‑making.
  • Support and elevate processes driven by segment and executive leadership to ensure alignment to enterprise goals.
  • Develop executive‑level presentations, narratives, and strategic artifacts that clearly articulate vision, performance, opportunities, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Leverage data, insights, and research to tell a concise and credible story for senior leadership and enterprise partners.
  • Represent the EB&I line of business in leadership forums, strategy discussions, and cross‑enterprise initiatives.
  • Lead or support multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, including program design, analysis, communications, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
  • Design program structures and materials, manage deliverables, and drive execution strategies tied to business outcomes.
  • Evaluate initiative performance, proactively identify enhancement opportunities, and design and implement solutions.
  • Leverage reporting, metrics, and insights to inform strategy, track performance, and support executive discussions.
  • Support development and evolution of tools, reports, and dashboards related to strategy, client experience, associate experience, and platform capabilities.
  • Ensure insights are synthesized into clear implications and actions rather than standalone data outputs.
  • Build strong partnerships across EB&I, Consumer, Business Banking, Global Banking, Local Market Organizations, and key functional areas (e.g., GWIM, GHR, Academy).
  • Drive alignment and integration across partners to deliver cohesive programs, products, and experiences.
  • Navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and align diverse stakeholders toward shared outcomes.
  • Applies strong B2B product knowledge and relationship‑building skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
