The primary responsibility in this role is supporting the Strategy team’s mandate to provide timely, insightful and actionable data-driven recommendations to drive JTV’s growth and profitability. This role is the critical link between complex retail data (sales, inventory, customer behavior, operations) and strategic business action. The ideal candidate will have the ability to inform executive-level decision-making, using data-driven insights, compelling data visualizations and critical thinking to solve problems in partnership with planning, merchandising, marketing, and operations teams. Although the position is in the Strategy department, the role requires cross-functional interaction with senior executives from Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, eCommerce and Broadcast Sales, Planning, Supply Chain and IT. There is sizable interaction with our CxO leaders. Business recommendations this person makes has significant impact on the execution of JTV’s overall direction.
