About The Position

The Business Solutions Manager, MSP & Systems of Record supports RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC. This role creates, operates, iterates, and manages key enterprise systems used in mortgage operations, and provides oversight of business solutions as a key coverage point for operational groups and leaders. The position sets the strategic direction for technology solutions and manages the sourcing, administration, and technical operation of systems used by customers and internal operations.

Working with internal and external stakeholders, the manager sets goals, identifies solutions, and sources external relationships to deliver value-added solutions. The role also partners with IT leadership and organizational stakeholders on technology roadmaps, product offerings, system performance, project delivery, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, business, finance, or a related field.
• Technical or operational leadership experience in a mortgage servicing or lending environment.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and service providers.
• Track record of delivering quantifiable organizational results, including analyzing opportunities and risks, developing and executing action plans, and delivering results.
• Ability to recruit, build, develop, and lead teams of diverse, highly skilled resources in a directly managed environment.
• Ability to identify, collect, and analyze operational performance data, market research data, and related information to improve performance and recommend system changes.
• Ability to manage projects on time and within budget involving multiple service providers and internal and external stakeholders.
• Expertise in consensus building and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent prioritization and time-management skills.
• Strong organization and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own and serve as the subject matter expert for the technological aspects of key operational systems of record, including core loan servicing systems, default platforms, imaging platforms, correspondence platforms, and SBX.
• Provide coverage for solution design, creation, maintenance, support, testing, implementation, and operation of vendor-provided and internally developed technical systems.
• Ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications and third-party vendors.
• Lead the Business Solutions process, including day-to-day technical functions and the management, operation, and security of key systems of record.
• Establish, maintain, and report on key service-level agreements for internal and vendor-provided technology solutions.
• Lead business solutions initiatives throughout their lifecycle to support new revenue or expense-saving opportunities.
• Manage requests and responses for information from potential clients, auditors, regulatory agencies, and product or service providers.
• Serve as the primary liaison between RoundPoint and external partners and vendors, establishing relationships and maintaining them throughout system lifecycles.
• Develop an understanding of customer behaviors and needs to support ongoing development of product offerings.
• Partner with IT leadership to create roadmaps based on senior leadership goals and priorities.
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop, implement, and help train appropriate personnel to assist customers with questions about product offerings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive the evolution of the product line.
• Collaborate with and oversee IT program and project managers, ensuring programs document scope, budget, risks, and business requirements.
• Prepare regular executive updates on solutions in progress for IT and general leadership and management teams.
• Contribute as a subject matter expert on key systems compliance and partner with compliance groups to maintain RoundPoint’s compliance commitment.
