About The Position

The Business Services & Treasury Sales Manager leads the execution and performance of Logix’s Business Banking sales function, with accountability for team results across business development, pipeline management, portfolio management, and member service. The manager develops Business Banking Officers into disciplined, consultative relationship managers who acquire and deepen business member relationships across deposits, treasury management, business credit, and strategic partner solutions. The role develops territory, segment, and campaign strategies; manages pipelines and portfolios; and works with lending, underwriting, credit administration, operations, branches, and other partners to improve relationship growth, service, and opportunity quality. It also represents Logix in the business community, supports strategic initiatives and change adoption, and manages assigned expenses, resources, reporting, and people-management responsibilities.

  • At least 6 years of progressively responsible business banking, commercial banking, treasury management, or related financial services experience, including demonstrated sales leadership or people-management responsibility.
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team through clear expectations, coaching, inspection, recognition, accountability, and change.
  • Demonstrated success acquiring, retaining, and deepening business relationships through consultative selling and disciplined business development.
  • Working knowledge of business deposits, treasury and cash-management solutions, business credit cards, C&I and small-business lending, SBA referral programs, merchant services, payroll, and related partner solutions.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including ability to interpret scorecards, pipeline and conversion metrics, portfolio trends, market data, and member-experience results.
  • Working knowledge of financial-institution compliance, BSA/AML, fraud-risk awareness, deposit and lending controls, and appropriate escalation practices.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, and influence skills, including communicating effectively with business owners, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong judgment, organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to prioritize competing demands in a field-based, multi-market environment.
  • Ability to use CRM, appointment, pipeline, loan-origination, core, reporting, and digital-banking systems to manage execution and ensure reliable documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, Word, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint.

  • Establish a sales-management cadence that includes pipeline reviews, individual coaching, activity and conversion reviews, field observation, branch engagement, recognition, career development, and timely performance follow-through.
  • Assess team knowledge and skill gaps and coordinate development in consultative selling, prospecting, networking, presentations, negotiation, relationship planning, cash flow, financial statements, credit fundamentals, treasury management, compliance, and risk identification.
  • Build a collaborative, empathetic, results-oriented sales culture that reinforces accountability, solution ownership, curiosity, adaptability, integrity, and member service.

  • Champion high-touch onboarding and service for priority relationships, monitor service breakdowns and member feedback, and lead timely resolution and root-cause follow-through.
  • Lead growth within applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, approval authorities, and Logix’s risk appetite; contribute business, member, market, and relationship perspectives to Senior Loan Committee discussions, the recommend/approve process, and assigned strategic initiatives within delegated authority.
  • Represent the sales function by providing subject-matter expertise and user feedback, supporting testing and change adoption, and preparing teams and partners for implementation while maintaining independent credit judgment, governance, accurate documentation, escalation, control reporting, and ethical judgment.
  • Maintain sufficient working knowledge of business deposits, ACH origination, online business banking, remote deposit capture, account analysis, fraud controls, and related compliance requirements to coach the sales team and partner with Sales Operations.
  • Manage assigned expenses and resources within approved budgets and complete administrative, reporting, audit, and people-management responsibilities accurately and on time.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
