They will provide expertise in procurement, budgetary tracking, reporting, and overall coordination of the division's administrative operations. This position requires initiative to achieve division goals, maintain confidentiality, and establish positive working relationships. It will oversee daily business tasks, demanding significant organization, focus, independence, analytical and technical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complications. A working knowledge of relevant University policies (procurement, HR, budget, events, travel) is necessary. The role involves building and maintaining professional relationships with faculty, fellows, and staff, promoting a team approach. The ideal candidate possesses project management skills, effective analytical and problem-solving abilities, works well under pressure, and can handle complex and concurrent tasks.
