Business Senior Manager - Consulting (Multiple Positions Available)
About The Position
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Senior Manager - Consulting at its Newtown Square, Pennsylvania location to oversee business and people management and support successful operations and growth. The role includes developing and managing a high-performing team, managing resources and project staffing, supporting sales and delivery engagements, managing contracts, and meeting with customers. The position also executes strategic goals, oversees financial reporting, tracks performance against business KPIs, leads transformational change, and drives initiatives toward the Intelligent Enterprise while working with stakeholders inside and outside the organization. The work model is hybrid, and the position requires up to 30% domestic travel to SAP offices and various customer sites for business meetings. The position requires a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 10 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role or a related occupation; alternatively, a master's degree or foreign equivalent in one of those fields and 8 years of experience. The role requires specialized SAP, ABAP, production-planning, and supply-chain experience as detailed in the qualifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 10 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation; alternatively, a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in one of these fields plus 8 years of experience.
- Five years of experience in end-to-end root cause analysis in ABAP platform.
- Five years of experience in CIF Debugging.
- Five years of experience in performance optimization in ABAP platform across database systems.
- Five years of experience analyzing technical data consistency, solution scalability, and ECC Production Planning.
- Five years of experience with SAP S/4HANA embedded PPDS and DSC Edition of S/4HANA for MPS.
- Five years of experience reviewing migration and conversion of ECC into S/4HANA systems for production planning and APO PPDS to S/4HANA ePPDS.
- Two years of experience with SAP ECC Applications.
- Two years of experience in Production Planning - Forecasting Techniques, Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Material Requirement Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Shopfloor Control, and Inventory Control.
- Two years of experience with SAP Clean Core compliant gap validations for S/4HANA Production planning and PPDS.
- Two years of experience with SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Applications.
- Two years of experience reviewing core processes in Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) and CIF components of SCM Solutions across Industries.
