About The Position
A leading law firm is seeking a Business Restructuring & Reorganization Staff Attorney to join its Cleveland office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in supporting sophisticated bankruptcy, restructuring, distressed M&A, and Chapter 11 matters as part of a nationally recognized restructuring practice.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, or distressed transactions experience
- Experience supporting Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed acquisitions
- Experience with bankruptcy court filings, disclosures, and related procedural matters
- Strong legal research, writing, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent academic credentials
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Active Ohio bar admission required
Nice To Haves
- Experience representing debtors, official committees, lenders, or other stakeholders preferred
