A nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its growing Minneapolis office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for a diverse client base that includes developers, investors, lenders, owners, and corporate occupiers across a wide range of industries.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Minnesota bar admission or ability to become admitted in Minnesota
- Approximately 3-6 years of commercial real estate experience
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing transactions
- Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Excellent academic credentials
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and related transaction documents
- Assist with real estate development projects and due diligence matters
- Advise clients on commercial leasing, financing, and property management issues
- Coordinate complex transactions involving lenders, developers, investors, and business stakeholders
- Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on sophisticated real estate matters
