About The Position

This position serves as the bridge between stakeholders and the technical team, translating requirements into actionable user stories and validated solutions. The BA/QA resource will manage backlog activities, conduct testing and validation, and ensure alignment with user expectations. This role also supports documentation, training, and accessibility compliance to enable consistent adoption of system enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years BA/QA experience in Agile environments
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience working across technical and business teams
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering and backlog management
• User story development and stakeholder coordination
• Functional testing, QA, and validation
• Documentation, SOPs, training materials
• Section 508 and accessibility support
