As a member of the Quality Assurance the QA Analyst I works efficiently with technology partners to translate business requirements and specifications into manual test solutions that ensure the highest quality product goes to market. The role includes involvement in all test engineering aspects of the software life cycle.

Requirements

1-3 years professional testing experience
Excellent written verbal and written communication skills
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic analytical skills
Experience supporting release activities
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience

Experience with Credit Union industry

Responsibilities

Review requirements documentation and acceptance criteria
Generate detailed manual test specifications that can be executed across all supported technologies
Executes comprehensive test solutions across our product lines
Isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes
Be an ambassador for Agile QA by practicing principles such as TD
Works efficiently and under tight deadlines.
Creating and managing bugs through the bug lifecycle utilize Jira
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
