About The Position

In this role, you will help shape the product and go-to-market strategy for Cisco’s campus networking portfolio. You will connect external market signals with internal business performance, develop insights that influence senior leaders, and help the organization focus its investments on the opportunities that matter most.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or analytics within enterprise technology or a Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience
  • 3+ years of experience in networking, cloud, SaaS, or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Ability to conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis to drive product and go-to-market recommendations.
  • Expertise in defining KPIs, building dashboards, and establishing management operating rhythms to track business performance.
  • Executive-level storytelling skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in generative AI and automation tools to accelerate and enhance strategic research and analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or master’s degree in a technical, business, or quantitative field.
  • Knowledge of enterprise campus networking, including switching, wireless, network management, security, observability, or AI-enabled network operations.
  • Experience developing segmentation, market-sizing, competitive, pricing, portfolio, or route-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market dynamics, competitive trends, and customer needs to shape product and go-to-market strategies for the portfolio.
  • Synthesize internal telemetry, win/loss data, and field feedback to identify growth opportunities and performance drivers.
  • Conduct deep-dive business reviews and define KPIs to track progress across products, segments, and geographies.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that are critical growth drivers for the campus networking business—from framing the opportunity and developing the business case through cross-functional planning, execution, and measurement of results.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Finance to translate data-driven insights into actionable product priorities and investment plans.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to accelerate analysis and deliver executive-level narratives that guide strategic decision-making.
