About The Position

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to establish and manage long-term engagement relations between the customer and SAP along all LACE phases. The role involves maintaining a pro-active and holistic engagement approach specific for premium delivery, addressing the specifics of each LACE phase to identify innovation potential, plan the solution and design and transformation, provide advisory, and safeguard the execution and operation. The consultant will perform E2E analysis of the technology stack or of an E2E Business process, advise customers, and support different SAP units. They will achieve broad knowledge about SAP's portfolio and take over positioning, explanation, and scoping tasks for all standard services in the Virtual Project Room to support front office, solutioning, and sales. Responsibilities include resolving issues related to a technical component or business process step without general work direction, improving service procedures based on customer feedback, communicating with SAP development to improve SAP products, developing best practices based on delivery experience, and supporting the resolution of critical customer situations, production downs, and escalations.

Requirements

  • SAP Sales Cloud functional implementation, technical configuration, root cause analysis, debugging, and optimization
  • SAP Customer Data Cloud functional implementation, technical configuration, root cause analysis, debugging, and optimization
  • SAP Field Service Management functional implementation, technical configuration, root cause analysis, debugging, and optimization
  • SAP Configure Price Quote (CPQ) functional implementation, technical configuration, root cause analysis, debugging, and optimization
