About The Position

The Business Process Transformation Leader leads company-wide process transformation initiatives across FET’s end-to-end operations, with particular focus on the order-to-cash value stream, from demand planning and procurement through manufacturing, shipping, invoicing, and customer delivery. This highly visible, hands-on role works directly with business leaders and functional teams to understand current workflows, identify root causes and improvement opportunities, and implement practical, scalable solutions. The role goes beyond recommendations to address workflows, systems, responsibilities, and execution, driving adoption and measurable results. With senior-leadership sponsorship, the leader influences across functions, balances transformation priorities with day-to-day business requirements, and establishes standardized ways of working that improve efficiency, accountability, visibility, and the customer experience. FET (Forum Energy Technologies, Inc.) is a global company serving the crude oil, natural gas, and renewable energy industries. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, FET has manufacturing, distribution, and service facilities supporting major energy-producing regions worldwide.
