About The Position

Cydcor is seeking a hands-on Business Process Automation Specialist to identify opportunities for process improvement and independently develop, implement, and support practical AI and automation solutions. The role combines business process analysis, technical development, and stakeholder collaboration. The position is based in Agoura Hills, California. It is on-site Monday through Thursday, with Fridays optionally remote, and involves approximately 10% business travel, including visits to participating independent sales offices. Solutions are primarily developed using Google Workspace. The role also handles confidential business and compensation-related information with care and discretion.

  • Demonstrated experience identifying business process improvement opportunities and independently building, testing, and deploying automation solutions from concept through implementation.
  • Experience using scripting, low-code/no-code tools, or automation platforms to solve business problems.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into working solutions and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Experience documenting tools and providing user-facing technical support.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% for business needs, including visits to participating independent sales offices; the percentage is to be confirmed.

  • Experience with APIs, Python, or system integrations.
  • Experience supporting sales operations, multi-location businesses, or independent business owners.
  • Experience assessing technology vendors and measuring the business value of solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and the independent field sales network to understand business needs and identify opportunities for AI and automation to improve efficiency.
  • Assess existing workflows, identify repetitive tasks, and prioritize opportunities for reusable solutions.
  • Gather feedback from participating users and recommend improvements based on practical business needs.
  • Design, build, test, document, and maintain automation solutions and AI-enabled tools, primarily using Google Workspace.

  • Handle confidential business and compensation-related information with appropriate care and discretion.
  • Provide demonstrations, clear user guides, and technical support for available solutions.

  • Work with internal departments and participating independent sales offices to evaluate solution effectiveness and opportunities for broader use.
