About The Position

Keysight is seeking an advanced-level Business Process team member for its Technology Order Fulfillment (TOF) organization. The role supports the organization’s transformation of global supply chain planning and operations through AI and advanced analytics. The analyst works with planners, operations, order fulfillment partners, fab teams, and IT to turn analytics into better decisions and faster execution. The position applies supply chain and operations knowledge alongside practical AI and data skills. It develops analytics for demand, supply, inventory, capacity, lead times, and manufacturing performance; supports S&OP and planning cycles; improves data quality and self-service reporting; and identifies automation and AI-enabled process improvements. The role also supports planning tools, MES, and other supply chain initiatives, documenting processes and measuring business value. It extends AI-enabled workflows onto Snowflake AI and monitors model and tool performance while keeping people involved in key decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as mathematics, statistics, operations, information systems, engineering, or business with a technical focus.
3 to 5 years of full-time experience in supply chain, planning, or operations analytics, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Solid knowledge of supply chain concepts, planning processes, and manufacturing operations.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel, and working skill in Python for analysis and automation.
Experience applying statistical, machine learning, or optimization methods to business problems.
Familiarity with generative AI tools in a business setting.
Ability to work with large, complex data sets and build reports or dashboards in a BI tool.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical results to non-technical partners.

Nice To Haves

MBA or relevant master’s degree.
Experience with Oracle ERP, Oracle Business Intelligence, and Kinaxis Maestro (Rapid Response).
MES, Advanced Scheduling, and cost center or process center experience.
Semiconductor fab or discrete fabrication experience.
Experience with workflow automation, Snowflake AI, or other cloud data platforms.
LEAN, 6-Sigma, and Continuous Process Improvement experience.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain models for demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and lead-time analysis, using statistical and machine learning methods to improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and working capital.
Analyze supply, demand, cost, and inventory data across sites to identify risks, constraints, and opportunities, and recommend actions to planners and managers.
Support S&OP and planning cycles with data-driven insight, including supply-demand gaps, supplier and partner performance, and what-if scenarios.
Analyze manufacturing and fab performance, including cycle time, yield, WIP, throughput, and capacity, to troubleshoot issues and predict supply outcomes.
Provide internal customers with current information on capacity, supply status, and lead times for semiconductor fab operations.
Support operations and supply chain projects, including planning tools, MES, and other initiatives, by contributing requirements, testing, and process documentation.
Identify and implement automation and agentic AI opportunities in planning, supply chain, and operations workflows, such as exception triage, automated reporting, and data-quality checks.
Use approved AI tools, including generative AI, to reduce manual effort.
Manage programs from design and development through execution and continual process improvement; document current- and future-state processes, define KPIs, and track business value.
Monitor model and tool performance, including accuracy, drift, and adoption, and refine them as needed while keeping a human in the loop for key decisions.
Extend AI-enabled planning and operations workflows onto Snowflake AI by building governed data products, AI-assisted analytics, and automated reporting using Oracle ERP, planning, and MES data.
Improve data integrity and quality across internal supply chain nodes, partnering with data owners and IT on definitions, governance, and integration from Oracle ERP, planning systems, and MES.
Build dashboards and reports that provide functional teams with self-service insight.
Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and coach colleagues on using new analytical and AI tools.
