Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in ERP/SAP roles with hands-on experience in S/4HANA, IBP planning, and cross-functional process enablement
  • Strong SAP PPDS expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical SAP solutions

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate requirements gathering with business stakeholders and implementation partners.
  • Document current-state and future-state business processes, including process flows, decision points, and dependencies.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities across procurement, inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, and production planning.
  • Support solution design decisions by translating business needs into practical SAP-enabled processes.
  • Develop and execute test strategies for end-to-end business scenarios.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, coordination, execution tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Manage defect identification, prioritization, resolution tracking, and retesting activities.
  • Support business readiness activities, including documentation, training support, and change adoption efforts.
  • Validate master data, process controls, and governance requirements to support successful ERP deployment.
