About The Position

The RolePrograms planning efforts of an organizations activities. Develops information on budget status, workforce level, equipment availability, and other company capabilities. Determines customer requirements and translates these requirements into organizational plans.

Requirements

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
Employee should have great communication and critical-thinking skills, be analytical, have a willingness to learn, and a desire to solve problems while working with various management levels.
Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal, written, presentation) with the capability to work in a team environment as a strong team player.
Sharp attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency of data. Can multi-task various tasks with minimal guidance from management while maintaining first-time quality.
Have the ability to work effectively under pressure and in a rapid environment in order to meet deadlines.
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant exempt experience; Master’s Degree and 1 years of relevant professional experience
NNS Apprentice School graduate
Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate
Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience
Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience
High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience
High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience
