About The Position

Join our team as a Business Analyst II and play a key role in owning, supporting, and improving Finance and Order‑to‑Cash business processes across our manufacturing and distribution organization. This role serves as a functional partner to Finance and Customer Service teams, ensuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations supports business needs accurately, efficiently, and consistently. You will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, representing business requirements while remaining focused on functional process outcomes and driving measurable process improvements.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the functional owner for Finance and Order Entry processes, including AR/AP, GL, invoicing, pricing, customer setup, credit, and order lifecycle activities.
  • Evaluate current‑state processes, identify gaps, and lead improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and financial controls.
  • Own the flows and procedures that ensure the Finance and Order‑to‑Cash processes are executed consistently and in alignment with accounting policy and internal controls.
  • Ensure process flexibility for nimble responses to future business changes.
  • Support day‑to‑day business questions and issues and resolve process or setup issues.
  • Work with other Business Analysts and your manager to help set and communicate priorities on issues and enhancements.
  • Work closely with Finance, Customer Service, and Operations leaders, and partner with Supply Chain where processes intersect Order‑to‑Cash activities.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive consensus.
  • Clearly communicate business impacts, risks, and trade‑offs for proposed changes.
