Johnson Controls, a global leader in thermal management, mission-critical building systems, energy efficiency, and decarbonization, is seeking a Business Partner - Sales Learning. This role is responsible for leading the delivery and execution of successful training solutions aligned with the needs of JCI's sales team, both new hires and tenured employees. The position involves collaborating with key partners to design training modules, deliver program sessions, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will leverage strong business acumen, sales experience, project management skills, and facilitation experience to develop blended learning solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in building the selling, solutioning, and customer relationship skills of the sales organization, including analyzing assessments and reports to provide feedback to leadership. The Business Partner will also build a continuum of learning and skill-building for the sales organization and support field technical training needs.
