About The Position

Cal-Ore Communications is seeking a driven, experienced Telecommunications / Business Sales Executive to support continued growth across Northern California and Southern Oregon. This role is responsible for both developing new business territories and managing existing client relationships in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position offers the opportunity to lead sales efforts in expanding markets while working collaboratively with engineering, service, and back-office teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of outside sales experience preferred
• Proven success in business-to-business sales, preferably in telecommunications or technology
• Experience managing sales territories and developing new markets
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful sales pipelines
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-level team environment
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new business sales opportunities
• Expand into new service territories and markets
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships at all levels of business
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Retain and grow existing customer accounts
• Identify customer needs and align them with Cal-Ore’s telecommunications solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams including engineering and service contractors
• Maintain and grow a strong, consistent sales pipeline
• Participate in community events, trade shows, and marketing activities
