Requirements

• Self-starter with a bias toward action and a drive to own outcomes end-to-end.
• Ability to think independently, diagnose a problem, craft a strategy, and execute with speed.
• Enjoy solving ambiguous, cross-functional problems and designing creative, scalable solutions.
• Comfortable operating at both high altitude (systems thinking, long-term planning) and low altitude (optimizing a single workflow to unlock scale).
• A builder at heart — you prototype, iterate, and refine until the experience is exceptional.
• Collaborative teammate who wants to play long-term games with long-term people.
• Desire to help build a generational company with a 30-year horizon — not a quick flip — and are motivated by transforming healthcare at scale.
• Experience building or scaling end-to-end operational systems, ideally within a healthcare, regulated, or complex-workflow environment.
• Experience designing and optimizing cross-functional processes spanning product, engineering, operations, and clinical teams.
• Experience working closely with engineers, designers, and clinicians to develop or refine workflows that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable, data-driven workflows that enhance the patient, customer, or user journey.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and market expansion planning to inform product strategy.

• Experience building or scaling AI-enabled products or AI-driven operational processes.

Responsibilities
