About The Position

This role involves assisting with the monitoring and management of reservation systems for shared office resources, processing reservation requests, tracking and distributing physical resources, supporting digital workflow management, and contributing to general operations tasks. The position offers flexible support across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with monitoring and managing reservation systems for shared office resources (e.g., meeting spaces, lockers).
  • Review and process reservation requests received through Outlook/Teams and shared mailboxes.
  • Track, distribute, and collect physical resources (e.g., locker keys) as needed.
  • Support digital workflow management in Smartsheet and assist in capturing usage data for operational analytics.
  • Contribute to general operations tasks as assigned, providing flexible support across the team.
