About The Position

This role is temporary from May to August 2026. As a student, you will support the Business Restructuring team with a variety of tasks, including: Support the team by handling basic requests and preparing or updating documentation. Use AI tools to support administrative tasks, while helping improve efficiency in day‑to‑day team activities, when appropriate. Contribute to drafting, reviewing, and organizing client correspondence. Follow up on outstanding items, including missing information, financial statements, or confirmations. Ensure that documentation complies with internal requirements, including accuracy, completeness, and required signatures.

Requirements

  • Completed at least one year of post-secondary studies in a relevant field (AI, accounting, finance, etc.) and be enrolled full-time in a program for the fall 2026 semester.
  • Experience working with AI tools in accounting / finance.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and concepts (interest rates, mortgages, loans, financial statements).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Autonomy, initiative and attention to details.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is mandatory.
  • As part of the hiring process, we conduct background checks (credit, criminal, educational, international security) that must meet our internal guidelines.
