About The Position

The BCA Engineering Business Operations team is seeking highly motivated Business Operations Specialist - Management System extraordinaire to join our Engineering Business Operations Team in Everett, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative team! An effective management system is the foundation of any successful Boeing organization, and this role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with senior executives and learn the BCA Quality business from the inside out.

Requirements

7+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
7+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

Design and manage the operating rhythm to support business needs and priorities, which includes meeting cadence, look-aheads, reporting cycles, event engagement and communication channels.
Provide timely data analysis and business insights to support the organization's decision-making processes.
Establish metrics requirements, track performance to plan, and provide regular updates on the status, trends, risks, and opportunities to the organization's leaders.
Ensure integration across programs/functions and the enterprise on management system and integration requirements and key initiatives.
Support the organization's decision-making processes by providing the necessary data, analysis, strategic thinking, and tools.
Periodic reviews of the management system to ensure it effectively meets the needs of the business.
Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel.
