We’re looking for a mid-level Business Operations Specialist to help own and scale the internal systems and processes that keep Further running smoothly. This is a hands-on role with real ownership across tools, workflows, and compliance-related operations. You’ll quickly take responsibility for key systems (including Jira Service Management, Rippling, and reporting tools), support compliance readiness, and drive process improvements that reduce friction as the business grows. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure operational requests are handled efficiently and systems scale with the company.
